**About the role and where you will be working**:
To provide a gardening service as part of a team of gardeners under the supervision of a Horticulturalist Team Leader. This position is located at various independent living villages across Perth Metro. This position will have access to a company ute.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Work with the Team Leader to develop and implement a plan of work based on locally identified needs which will lead to improved horticultural practices consultation with Village Managers and Head of Retirement Villages and Community Housing, Resident Committees and Sales Personnel.
- Responsible for managing gardens, grounds, and lawns under your control.
- Ensure that maintenance of vehicles and all equipment are of the highest standard and are aware of the safe handling of equipment and chemicals.
- Operate as part of a multi-disciplinary team, promoting and using a consultative approach
- Mowing, trimming, tree cutting and pruning
- Maintenance of all lawns
