All Aged Care is a quality established provider of in-home aged care services (CHSP/Home Care Packages). A not-for-profit multi-cultural care organisation, we pride ourselves on delivering services which exceed client's expectations and support them to remain living in their own homes.

Job tasks and responsibilities:
This is a casual position for those who have a sincere urge to support aged care clients, meet their needs and goals while remaining healthy at home. Our wonderful Direct Care Workers provide personal care, social support, and domestic assistance in the comfort of their own homes. You must be self-assured, capable of working independently and travelling to clients' houses in and around their neighbourhood.

You will have:

- A caring and compassionate nature - you genuinely enjoy looking after and helping the elderly
- "Can do" attitude with good communication skills
- Cert III in Individual Support (Ageing / Disability) or equivalent _(Preferred but not essential)_
- Permanent Australian Resident
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Flu Vaccination
- Fully Vaccinated against COVID-19
- Current First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Open Australian Drivers Licence
- Reliable, registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- _An ability to speak another language will be highly regarded_

All Aged Care have clients in suburbs from Gympie all the way down to the Gold Coast and we are continuously growing. We aim to have our care workers attending clients around their home region, minimizing travel.
