**About the Position**:

- Recruitment of a large variety of disciplines across multiple projects
- Maintain an accurate recruitment tracker to allow real time progress visibility
- Day to day management
- Manage white collar workforce on site, including OH&S and day to day contractor management
- Accurately carrying out end to end recruitment processes within set time frames
- Manage white collar workforce on site, including OH&S and day to day contractor management
- Work closely with the manager to report on successes, challenges and support required to ultimately achieve the clients' requirements

- Understand and undertake end to end recruitment processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be inquisitive and want to understand the projects and industry that we work in
- Ability to multi-task between various projects whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
