Monto State High School is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher Aide to support our students and staff in delivering high-quality education. In this role, you'll assist with learning materials, classroom activities, and student support. This position is being offered in a Permanent Part-Time capacity (0.47FTE), 36 hours per fortnight.

Responsibilities
Assist in the supervision of education activities, under the direction of a teacher.
Assist with supervision of students during breaks.
Support students with their academic learning—working with small groups as well as individual students.
Provide support for teachers in compiling and creating learning materials.
Contribute to the welfare, health and safety of students.
Display confidentiality, tact and reliability to other staff as well as students and their families.
Communicate effectively and demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills to function as an effective team member.

Demonstrate professional discretion.
Ability to be flexible, adaptive and dynamic.
Experience working as a Teacher Aide, preferably in a secondary school.
