- Develop short/mid-term sustainable growth plans in line with Regional product directives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and optimize the retail product assortment cross-divisionally.
- Manage and deliver accurate forecasting within deadlines and targets.
- Monitor and manage in-season product performance.
- Responsible for OTB Budget vs actual performance by channel and division pre
- Work closely with different stakeholders to maximize the use of the company's stock on hand and goods in transit to adjust future buys according to current and future scenarios
- Consolidate consumer insights of region for regional stakeholders.
- Inspire
- Motivate
- Educate the Regional and Global Merchandising organization in developing a team which benchmarks industry standards and skill sets.

**YOUR TALENT**:

- Experience in the sports/lifestyle business in retail or merchandising function
- Excellent intuitive understanding of the sports/lifestyle business, the competitive environment and future trends in the industry
- Strong process management skills
- Influencing skills
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Customer Knowledge / Consumer Relevance
