Restoration Technician - Full time 38 hrs/weekLocation: Servicing Central Coast, Newcastle, Hunter Valley & SurroundsRM Cleaning and Restoration is a family-owned and operated business with over 15 years of experience and a strong reputation in the insurance restoration industry.
We pride ourselves on our commitment to customer care, particularly in times of crisis such as fire, water, flood or mould damage.We are currently seeking a dedicated Restoration Technician to join our passionate team.
If you\'re customer-focused, reliable, and enjoy hands-on work, this could be the perfect role for you.Key Responsibilities:Travel to client sites to conduct initial make-safe works on homes and businesses (water, mould, fire, and related restorations)Complete technician reports and documentation for water, fire, and mould damage projectsClean affected contents and structuresRemove damaged carpets, flooring, and wall/ceiling liningsPack out and remove contents as requiredPerform fire and soot damage cleaning and restorationConduct mould remediation and cleaningInstall drying and dehumidification equipmentAssist with assessment of damaged properties and contentsSome weekend and after-hours work will be requiredSuccessful applicant must haveWhat We're Looking For:IICRC WRT Certification (highly desirable, but training can be provided for the right candidate)White Card (Construction Induction Certificate)Class C Driver's Licence with a clean driving recordPhysically fit and capable of performing a highly physical roleWell-presented with a strong focus on customer serviceHonest, reliable, and maintains high integrityStrong attention to detail and communication skillsAble to work independently and within a teamWilling to work overtime or be on call when requiredCommitted to WHS standards and delivering quality resultsWhat We Offer:A supportive and safety-focused workplaceOngoing training and opportunity to gain further IICRC qualificationsCompetitive salary based on experienceFully maintained company vehicle with fuel card and all necessary toolsPaid birthday leaveMonthly team lunchesA close-knit, professional team that takes pride in their workReady to make a difference in people's lives and build a rewarding career in restoration?
