The Role
Customer Service Officer at AMA Group Ltd in our automotive repair environment.
This role focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences and supporting the repair process through effective communication and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure a welcoming and customer-friendly environment
Greet customers upon arrival
Keep customers updated throughout the repair process, including estimated completion times
Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction with our service
Manage communication via phone and email
Assist with inventory management (parts, paint, consumables, etc.)
Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims and repair updates
About You
Previous experience in a customer service role
Professional, approachable, and confident in building strong relationships
Proficient in computer systems and communication tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
A team player who works effectively with others
