The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, installing the most sustainable production processes.
The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training, and business opportunities.We are seeking a Senior Resourcing Advisor (Blue Collar) to join the Perdaman team, in our Perth office.

These words describe you.ResponsibilitiesManage the recruitment lifecycle for blue-collar positions (e.g., laborers, welders, electricians, equipment operators) across multiple construction sites.Collaborate with site managers, project directors, and HR business partners to forecast and prioritize manpower requirements.Utilize SAP SuccessFactors to manage job postings, candidate pipelines, interviews, offers, and onboarding processes.Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through job fairs, labor agencies, trade schools, and community outreach.Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills and site-readiness.Ensure timely mobilization and demobilization of labor resources in coordination with project needs.Our benefitsWe have created an environment that brings out the best in our people.
