**Who we are looking for**

- An excellent communicator with great verbal and written skills
- Great in multitasking but also possesses excellent attention to details
- Ability to follow procedures, as well as being highly adaptable at curve ball situations and being able to think on their feet
- Self-motivated with a 'CAN DO' attitude
- Resilient and a good sense of humour would be an added bonus
- Excellent computer skills
- Previous administration experience and promotional / marketing skills, including social media, is desirable.

**Your role includes**:

- Phone and face to face client relations.
- Support the Chiropractors during treatment
- Help inspire people towards optimal health naturally.
- Front desk duties: Helping clients with payments and their appointment schedules so they can get the best outcome for their health.
- Stocktake and ordering of products
- Maintaining office presentation and general cleaning duties
- Involvement in health education and marketing for the practice including newsletters, social media content and organising projects

NOTE: This position will require multitasking with attention to details at the same time.

**What's On Offer**

This position is for the following hours:
Fridays 8:15am to 12pm

Saturday 8:15am to 12pm

Plus fortnight meetings. Please allow some flexibility for an occasional later finish. And you may need to cover other shifts from time to time.
