**About the role**:
As a Press Operator, or Machine Press Operator, you will run computer-controlled machines that cut, shape and design various materials.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reviewing job orders to make the right adjustments to the printing machine
- Installing parts and supplies screens, printing plates and stencils according to the job specifications and blueprints
- Handling production of the printed materials, including the printing and racking process, to ensure it meets the specifications and is ready on schedule
- Operate the CNC Plasma cutter
- Liaise with technical office on programming files and issues relating to CNC machines
- Operate Flight press Bending machine, CNC Plasma & laser cut machines, CNC Plasma pipe cutter, CNC Press brake
- Dive the work truck and ute to and from suppliers as needed
- Assist packing in the dispatch area
- General tasks as directed by Management
- Support the product ion and operations to achieve on time delivery
- Actively participate in training and development programs
- Ensure safe work practices are followed and report all safety incidents
- School leaver's certificate preferred
- 5+ years' experience operating as a Machine / CNC operator
- Forklift licence mandatory (LF)
- Current and valid certification for boilermakers
- Experience working with power tools
- Proactive & self-motivated with the ability to work independently / as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay: $31.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 76 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
