**Your New Role**:
Within Client Services, Client Relationship Managers are responsible for the end-to-end servicing of our clients—whether those clients are financial administration, trustee, or other clients. The role of the Associate Client Relationship Manager is to support the Client Relationship Managers by (for example) taking client or external queries when the Client Manager is unable to do so, sending templated documentation to external parties, assisting in the collection and/or management of external assets and general office support functions.

The Associate Client Relationship Manager will receive strong support from Senior and Client Relationship Managers in performing their functions. They will be a team player who is able to support the team to service our clients to the highest standard.

**Your New Role Looks Like This**:
Associate Client Relationship Managers will also maintain a portfolio of less complex clients, and for these clients will be responsible for:

- Onboarding: file opening, client establishment meetings together with a Senior Client Relationship Manager if in person meeting required), external asset collection/protection, obtaining Tribunal approval for initial Financial Management Plans and implementation of associated financial advice (where applicable)
- Ongoing management: maintaining overall health of a portfolio of client accounts, including budget development, implementation and maintenance, asset identification and collection, client file management and closure, day-to-day approval of ad hoc client requests, annual reviews, and attendance at State-based tribunal hearings with the support of a Senior Client Relationship Manager or Head of Client Management.
- Responsibility for budget creation and ongoing management, taking into consideration individual circumstances, needs and objectives
- Demonstrate accountability for (including seeking training and support as required) understanding financial reports, statements and providing information to clients in an appropriate manner
- Actively demonstrate support to team members and seek training as required regarding investment and financial knowledge, across multiple asset classes and products, as relevant
- Preparation for and attendance at State based Tribunal Hearings both in person or virtually with the support of a Senior team

**About You**:

- Experience within a trustee business highly regarded
- An excellent knowledge of client administration
- Sound understanding of financial principles, including investment approaches and asset classes
- Thorough knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Guardianship and Administration Act 2019; Administration and Probate Act 1958 and the Privacy Act
- Capacity to acquire knowledge relating to the administration of trusts, and financial administration legislation in all jurisdictions
- Exceptional communication
