**About the Role**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, experienced and highly organised Administration and Recruitment Specialist to join our fast paced and dynamic Medical Workforce Unit at Western Health.

As a Recruitment Officer, you will have responsibility for various functions related to the recruitment, on-boarding and administration support for junior medical staff at Western Health within an allocated portfolio.

Classification for this position will be at HS2 (starting at $66,768.00 base salary per annum).

**About the Department**

The Medical Workforce Unit (MWU) is a central specialised service providing strategic oversight and governance, as well as operational support for all matters pertaining to the medical workforce including workforce planning, recruitment and credentialing, employment and on-boarding, and the management and rostering of medical staff.
