**About the role**:
We're committed to the development of a sustainable and highly skilled rail workforce, and our Trainers play a key role in ensuring only best practice is taught and followed by those both new to the industry and already in it. Our training offering covers the full gamut of rail operations competencies that fall under the Cert IV Training Driving qualification.

**Rail Operations Trainers** this includes:

- **Salary range of $100,000 to $130,000 + super in a permanent, full-time capacity**:

- **Dedicated RTO team and Trainer Administration support**:

- **Upskilling - Don't have your Cert IV in Training & Assessment, or need to be RPL'd? We can do that for you**

**About you**:
It sounds like a great role doesn't it, so what do we expect of you?
- Prior experience as a Trainer within rail operations disciplines is desirable but you will need to have at least spent time working in the field and have an affinity and passion for training
- Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment desirable but not essential, we can train you
- Certificate IV in Train Driving essential
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to relate to and connect with people of all backgrounds

- Must be able to pass all pre-employment checks including a CAT 1 medical, physical assessment and ongoing D&A screens.
