**Job Opportunity**: Medical Receptionist in Bondi ?
At I-MED we believe in working as a team and delivering high quality healthcare, to every patient, every time.
Our clinic in Bondi are currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join the team.
The role is a full time position working 8.5 hour shifts Monday
- Friday, between 7:30am-6pm with a fortnightly rostered day off.
Reporting to the Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing high level reception duties and administrative services whilst ensuring the delivery of professional, caring and friendly services to patients, referrers and other customers.

**Role Overview**:
As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
- Answering phone calls promptly and handling enquiries professionally.
- Ensuring smooth clinic operations during our business hours.
- We offer a 9-day fortnight position to promote work life balance.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
- Availability to work a 9-day fortnight basis (Monday to Friday, with optional weekend shifts).
