This is a full time role based on the Gold Coast with great hybrid work options, and incentive programs.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and market
- Experience managing and nurturing partnerships with distributors
- Established customer relationships within the Food Service, FMCG, Health and Wellness or other sales related industry
- Strong organisation and time management
- Possess an out of box mindset to achieving results for your customers
- Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills
- A proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Strong business development skills with strong sales and influencing skills
- Sound product knowledge
- Strong financial management skills
- Highly developed oral and written communication skills
- Interest in marketing ( nice to have but not essential)
- Friendly, confident and energetic with strong attention to detail
- Can identify customers' needs and problem solve
- Self-starter who enjoys working autonomously whilst being part of a team
- Capable of building relationships with clients and customers
- Ability to negotiate and collaborate cross-functionally
- Passionate about health and living a healthy lifestyle
- Comfortable and motivated to be on the road to nuture and grow customer relationships

**EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS & LICENCES**
- Degree qualifications in Business, Marketing or related field, or relevant industry experience
- Current Australian driver's license
- 2-3 years Sales experience with proven success record
