**Workshop Service Technician at Tough Trek**

Tough Trek is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Workshop Service Technician to join our dynamic team If you're passionate about providing exceptional service and eager to grow in an entry-level role, we want to hear from you

**About Us**:
At Tough Trek, we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch servicing, maintenance, major horse float refurbishments, repairs, and refinishing services to a variety of different equipment, heavy machinery & 4x4's. Our commitment to excellence drives our continuous growth and innovation. We specialise in Horse Float Refurbishments however our services do not stop there.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in servicing and maintaining our diverse range of projects
- Participate, in refurbishments and repairs as needed (Once trained)
- Support refinishing efforts to enhance product quality (Once trained)
- Engage in our employee continuous improvement program to enhance your skills

**Qualifications**:

- Safety conscious
- A willingness to learn and an open mind
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic hand tooling knowledge
- Ability to work independently once trained and collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous experience in a related field is a plus, but not required
- Previous experience/exposure with air tools, sanders, grinders, painting, welding, repairing, fit out etc would also be great, but training will also be provided

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: From $32.29 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

**Benefits**:

- Professional development assistance

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
