Applicants from New Zealand with full Australian work rights will also be considered.Summary: Our client is a prominent government organisation within the health sector, seeking a strategic Enterprise Architect to drive transformational change.
Embedded within the Digital Architecture team, this role is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Enterprise Technology Architecture that supports ICT-enabled business transformation and informs strategic planning and investment decisions.
This is a high-impact, strategic position that bridges core business functions and broader stakeholder needs.
Success in this role requires expertise in transformational change management, commercially driven service leadership, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
The Enterprise Architect will lead the delivery of service architectures grounded in sustainability, transparency, efficiency, and lean-agile principles, maximising the value of the services portfolio for end users and customers.Main requirements5 or more years experience in enterprise architecture/design within large, complex organisations.Proven ability to provide strategic direction that enables the delivery of sustainable, value for money, fit for purpose services and technologies that meet the business requirements of customersProven ability to develop and manage stakeholder relationships, facilitate open communication, and capture and disseminate information.Strategic planning capability to advocate for services portfolio and technology reform.Demonstrated experience in delivering ICT services and solutions in a service provider or commercially oriented organisationAbility to provide specialist advice relating to enterprise technology architecture, influencing the broader architecture, ICT planning and any investment activities.Proven experience in developing, contributing to and review architectural strategies, mandated principles (standards) and roadmaps that meet the strategic requirements of the health system.Deep understanding of public sector operations, particularly within the health care context, and the challenges faced by public sector managers in the provision of services.Strategic planning capability to lead, manage and advocate for business and system reform and to drive the adoptions of new services within a large, diverse and complex organisation.Demonstrated analytical and interpersonal skills commensurate with a complex and fast evolving service delivery organisation, including the ability to communicate with clarity and influence across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.Manages resource requirements to ensure an appropriate balance between tactical and strategic demands.Application informationYour application: Please provide the following information to assess your suitability:Your current CV or resume,Cover letter (maximum 2 pages) that outlines how your experience, abilities, knowledge and personal qualities are relevant to the role, taking into
