Maxie Coffee is a well-loved specialty coffee shop in Kingston, known for great coffee, friendly vibes, and a solid team culture. We're on the lookout for an experienced **café all-rounder** who can take initiative, bring good energy, and work smoothly across both front-of-house and basic barista tasks.

**Who You Are**:

- **Min. 6 months solid café experience** in a similar role
- Friendly, reliable, and fast on your feet
- Has a **driver licence and own vehicle** (due to early starts and transport needs)
- Available to work **weekends** and commit long-term
- Genuinely cares about quality service and team contribution

**The Role Includes**:

- Taking customer orders with warmth and efficiency
- Running food, maintaining a clean & tidy floor
- Basic coffee making or assisting the barista if required
- Opening/closing duties and stock rotation
- Working confidently in a small, fast-paced team

Pay: $24.00 - $38.95 per hour

- Kingston TAS 7050: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
