It is an opportunity to upskill, build confidence, and gain valuable and practical experience.Adore Beauty is proud to partner with The Encoreship for a 3-month placement within our People & Culture team, running from early October 2025 to January 2026.Reporting to the Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) Lead, this role will provide exposure, reintegration, and upskilling across all facets of workplace health, safety, and wellbeing.
The successful candidate will help coordinate and monitor initiatives that support a safe and compliant workplace across our Head Office, retail stores, and Customer Fulfilment Centre.This position is part-time (15-20 hours per week) with flexibility to suit school hours.
A hybrid model of Southbank office and work-from-home applies.How You Will Contribute (Responsibilities)Support day-to-day safety operations across Head Office, retail stores, and the Customer Fulfilment Centre.Assist with coordination of workplace safety representatives (First Aid Officers, Fire Wardens).
Provide administrative support for Safety Committee meetings (agendas, minutes, action tracking).
Help maintain training records and assist with delivery of programs (First Aid, Emergency Management, Forklift Licensing).
Contribute to reviewing and maintaining health and safety policies, procedures, and risk management documents.Support workplace inspections, incident reporting, investigations, and corrective action follow-ups.Assist the HSW Lead in building awareness of safe work practices through inductions, coaching, and positive safety conversations.Provide administrative and project support for safety initiatives and continuous improvement.
