Sales - Community Specialist - NSW (Full-time / Part-time)Sydney, New South Wales, Australia | Sales and Business DevelopmentDescriptionEngage with Authorised Apple Resellers to accelerate sales of Apple's products and services within their store environment.Communicate directly with customers, providing them with knowledge and value to make informed decisions that suit their needs.Educate and empower store staff to stay knowledgeable on the latest Apple products and services, deliver excellent customer experiences, and build a team of Apple brand advocates.Increase sales and provide outstanding customer service through individual and group product demonstrations, assisting customers with setup of new Apple products.Maintain Apple's fixtures and merchandising elements according to company standards.Location and ScheduleAllocated to one of the following communities, subject to successful interview: Full-time (38 hours weekly, Wed-Sun): Merrylands, Bankstown, Miranda, Charlestown, East Maitland, NarellanPart-time (~29 hours weekly, Thu-Sun): Chatswood, Homebush, Wagga WaggaMinimum QualificationsAvailability to work regularly Wednesday to Sunday for full-time roles, reliably attending scheduled shifts in accordance with local laws and accommodations.Availability to work Thursday to Sunday for part-time roles, with similar reliability requirements.Preferred QualificationsDeep understanding of customer and partner needs, challenges, and concerns.Strong communication skills, active listening, and ability to discuss possibilities effectively.Ability to connect and influence internal and external stakeholders, even in challenging situations.High integrity, honesty, and accountability in all activities.Openness to feedback, excellent collaboration skills, and passion for the Apple story.Resilience and determination to strive for excellence despite setbacks.J-18808-Ljbffr
