An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and experienced Knife Hand/Trimmers/Scalers to join our Processing Team in Coolaroo on Fulltime employment basis.
**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities include**
- Working with freshly caught fish of various kinds
- Skinning, Pin boning, Portioning fillets
- Safe food handling practices
- Assisting the filleting and processing team with various other duties
- Working within cold temperature environments
- Dayshift hours starting at 5:00am Monday to Friday, possible OT

**Essential Requirements**:

- **_Ability to work in a wet cold environment with seafood and/or meat_**
- Previous demonstrated **experie**nce in Knife Hand / Filleting / Bandsaw experience in meat processing**
- Attention to detail in a high pressure environment
- Assisting the filleting and processing team with various other duties
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Available to start work immediately

**Position available for an immediate start and to qualify, all applicants MUST**:

- Be reliable, hardworking and self-motivated
- Be able to work in a team environment
- Have flexible hands-on work attitude and a good level of physical fitness

Successful applicants will need to provide a minimum of 2 current references, a current Police Clearance Certificate, and attend a pre-employment medical with drug & alcohol testing.
