Whether you're early in your career or a seasoned professional, at Invetech you'll find a place where you can thrive.What You Will Do & What You Will BringAs a Principal Mechanical Engineer, you will:Lead a medium-sized multidisciplinary engineering team to deliver complex mechanical projects on time, on budget, and to client satisfaction.Drive the development of robust, high-quality mechanical solutions that meet business, technical, and regulatory requirements.Mentor and guide engineers to ensure design quality, manufacturability, and smooth transfer to manufacturing.Oversee design-for-manufacture, assembly, and configuration management during transfer-to-manufacture activities.Provide cross-project expertise on production-ready design for products in life sciences, diagnostics, industrial, and related sectors.Qualifications & ExperienceIn addition, we require the following skills and experience:An accredited qualification in Mechanical Engineering (Master's or PhD highly regarded).8+ years of relevant industrial experience in product development.Direct experience in cell therapy, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or related regulated environments.
OR experience in adjacent industries such as food production or industrial automation with demonstrated adaptability to regulated environments.Familiar with working to GMP complianceA proven track record in design transfer and manufacturing establishment for medium- to high-volume products.Proven leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills, with experience guiding medium-sized teams of 5–10 members.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in distributed teams.What We OfferAlong with a great team of people to work with, at Invetech we also offer a subsidized gym, subsidized canteen, a comprehensive EAP, free onsite parking, and various social clubs and events, just to name a few
