Are you ready to take on a dynamic role in the SAP Program management space? We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Program Manager to lead a SAP Program. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love innovation, and have a proven track record in steering end-to-end SAP life cycles, this is the role for you

**Location**: Melbourne (East Coast preferred)

**Key Responsibilities**:
Our client is looking for a Program Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and driving SAP programs encompassing Finance (FI), Human Capital Management (HCM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), ISU Billing, and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). Your expertise will contribute to the success of their multi-functional team and ensure the seamless execution of projects.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Extensive SAP Knowledge**:
At least 5 years as an SAP Program Manager with demonstrated success delivering SAP solutions (On premise / Hybrid / Cloud), including SAP S/4HANA, in complex integrated environments.

Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of SAP modules, particularly FI, HCM, SCM, ISU Billing, and EAM.
- **End-to-End Life Cycle Experience**: Proven track record in managing SAP programs from design to full life cycle support. Your ability to navigate through the intricacies of each phase is crucial to the success of their program.
- **Supplier Management**: Experience in dealing with and managing suppliers and vendors. Your skills in managing relationships with external partners will be essential to ensure successful collaboration.
- **Collaborative Leadership**: Work closely with all levels of internal and external key stakeholders. Excellent communications with proven collaboration, influencing and negotiation skills

**Qualifications**:
Project Management qualification (e.g. SAP Activate, PMBOK, Prince2).
