To do that, we work with people to identify their goals and aspirations, build skills and job-readiness, and support them through interviews and into employment. We also work with prospective employers to ensure their needs for recruiting new team members are met. In short, our approach is to support a person in the way that best helps them transform their life, in pursuit of our belief that work's for everyone.

We're looking for Job Coaches, In-Work Support Consultants, and Employment Engagement Consultants to join our dedicated and passionate team in Invermay and Surrounding suburbs.

This is an on-site position

We are a determined and compassionate team who thrive together in pursuit of our belief that work's for everyone, whilst having fun along the way.

**Qualifications**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in using job search and recruitment tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Passion for helping others achieve their career goals
- Adaptability and empathy in client interactions
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on positive outcomes
- Knowledge of local job market and employment trends (preferred)

No previous employment services experience necessary - we value enthusiasm and the right attitude
