Overview
Parental Leave Cover – Country Manager, Senior Division
Location: Gold Coast
Contract: Fixed-term (Parental Leave Cover)

What you'll do
Lead, coach and inspire direct reports including Division Manager, Team Leaders and Recruiters.
Drive business growth through portfolio utilisation, effective sales strategies, and client relationship management.
Act as a key contributor to organisational strategy as part of our Senior Leadership Team.
Oversee recruitment, performance development, and succession planning across the division.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and uphold our ISO 9001 certification.
Monitor P&L, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure sustainable growth.
What you'll bring
At least 5 years' leadership experience at a senior or executive level.
Strong business acumen with experience in financial management, strategic planning, and organisational growth.
Proven ability to build high-performing teams and develop talent.
Experience in change management, innovation, and driving performance through people.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
