This role is pivotal in overseeing the execution phase of a large-scale manufacturing facility construction.Location: On-site in Erskine Park (5 days/week, with optional weekend work)Key ResponsibilitiesConstruction Oversight - Manage all aspects of the project's execution phase, including SMP & E&I installationSIMOPS & Schedule Compliance - Ensure safe and efficient simultaneous operations (SIMOPS) while keeping the project on trackTeam Leadership - Lead a multi-discipline team of 10 direct reports and up to 200 contractors per shiftRequired Skills & Experience15+ years of construction experience in heavy industry (e.g., metal processing, manufacturing, infrastructure)Strong project management and risk mitigation skills - ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budgetAdvanced problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesStrong leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilitiesWhite Card & BSL Inductions requiredIf this sounds like your next challenge, click 'Apply Now' to submit your resume.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionOtherIndustriesConstruction
