About the role: You will be working in the community to support individuals to stay home and maintain independence.
This role involves providing one-on-one care to clients, focusing on engagement and assistance with daily living tasks.
You may be required to assist with personal care, community access, domestic assistance, and more.

Successful candidates will have the following: Current industry knowledge and skillsStrong understanding of the Aged Care and NDIS StandardsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to work autonomously and as part of a teamHigh level of time management and organisational abilityFlexibilityWillingness to participate in further education opportunities Qualifications Key requirements:Certificate III in Individual Support, Ageing, Disability or similar.Current National Police ClearanceCurrent First Aid and CPRCurrent or willing to obtain Working With Children CardCurrent or willing to obtain Manual handling certificateCurrent Australian drivers licence and reliable car Preferred Skills Current or willingness to obtain medication qualificationUnderstanding of the local geographical area
