**We are seeking a customer-focused & sales-driven team-member to join our Landscape team at our Mascot Flower Power Garden Centre**

**The role**:
The 2IC role is primarily responsible for customer sales and service of landscape yard products and services as well as stocking and maintaining an efficient clean and organised work environment. You will also be responsible for managing the landscape sales staff.

**About you**:

- Solid sales experience.
- Customer Service excellence.
- Experience working in landscape.
- Hands-on attitude.
- Enjoy working outdoors and as a part of a team.
- Display initiative.
- A valid forklift licence
- Good people/staff skills
- You want your department to do well

**Experience**:
