As Retail Director for ANZ, you'll lead our retail operations, exceeding performance targets and delivering exceptional client experiences. A visionary leader, you'll develop your team, define strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve ambitious goals. **Job responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**:Develop and implement Retail strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives. Support commercial negotiations with department stores and landlords. Analyse market trends to identify growth opportunities, managing new store openings in line with business strategies.
- **Strategic Leadership and Development**:Build and lead a high-performing retail team of 16 Store Managers, driving their development through ongoing coaching, training, and performance management to cultivate a positive and results-oriented work environment.
- **Client-Centric Excellence**:Champion exceptional service, implementing feedback mechanisms to elevate brand loyalty.
- **Operational Excellence and Profitability**:Oversee Retail operations, including inventory management and store layout, to maximise efficiency and profitability. Ensure compliance to Internal Control policies and Audit readiness.

- Proven experience in a senior retail leadership role, ideally within the luxury sector (10+ years).
- Exceptional strategic leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful retail strategies.
- A strong track record of driving sales growth, achieving business objectives, and exceeding performance targets in a complex retail environment.
- Deep understanding and passion for luxury retail principles, clienteling excellence, and VIP customer relationship strategies.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial management, operational excellence, and inventory control to drive profitability and efficiency.
- Outstanding team leadership and talent development capabilities, with a commitment to fostering a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- A strong commitment to client obsession demonstrating exceptional customer service and knowledge.
