**The Role**:
Supervise staff, ensuring that production, quality and HACCP processes are in place and complied with.

**About you**:

- Proven ability to lead and coach team members
- The ability to have initiative to seek out work with limited directions
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of hygiene, and food safety procedures as well as HACCP principles and procedures
- Knowledge of quality assurance systems and continuous improvement principles
- Proven time management skills
- Develop continuous improvement projects, and see them through to completion
- Strong commitment to health and safety in the workplace

**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitoring employee performance and addressing performance issues where necessary
- Rostering of employees
- Ensure all customer deadlines and specifications are met at all times and notify of any exceptions
- Ensure specifications are up to date, accurate and only current documents are in circulation
- Overlook the work on the production lines
- Ensure production is completed by the specified deadline each day, or inform warehouse of any delays
