Due to rapid expansion and a increase in work volumes, we are seeking experienced **Forklift Operators **for the Braeside **Depot** working **Dayshift 4am Monday-Friday.**
- **Grab experience is highly desirable**_

**About the Role**

The primary objective of the role is to safely load containers with the grab forklift and also unload the trucks.

You will have the ability and mindset of "safety first "whilst completing your movements productively and efficiently.

You will be working in a very professional environment with a great team. We need you to work well within the team, have an excellent work ethic and attitude and be able to work regular overtime when required.

**Core responsibilities**
- Safely loading of containers with LF grab forklift
- Safely unloading of prime movers with LF grab Forklift
- Perform routine pre
- start inspections on Forklift and equipment.
- Demonstrating a high level of safety and process compliance at all times
- Recommend any process or system improvements

**Skills and experience**
- LF forklift operation with proven operational experience with forklifts
- **High Reach Experience is an advantage**:

- **Experience with Grab forklift Extension is an advantage**:

- Physically fit, with a can do attitude and excellent work ethic.
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a team environment
- Work autonomously with ease and thrive in pressure situations
- Reliable and trustworthy by nature

**Job Types**: Casual, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $33.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (required)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
