Hatch is currently seeking highly motivated Structural Engineer (Bridges) to join the Infrastructure group in our Structural Team in Brisbane.
New infrastructure and revitalizing assets are a key part of growth for any economy.

As the successful candidate, you will: Be involved in the delivery, design, and documentation of project requirementsDesign bridge and civil structures for public and private infrastructureProvide support for strategic initiatives, including preparation of proposalsInteract with clients and stakeholders to discern engineering inputs and requirementsWrite technical reports You bring to the role; A degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structures or Structural EngineeringSolid experience in the design of bridges and civil structures for mid to major infrastructure projectsMust have sound knowledge of Australian Standards in current engineering and construction principles, methods and practices.Proficient in the use of Strand7, SpaceGass, or other suitable design softwareUnderstanding of design and analysis of structural materials; andTrack record of delivering projects on time and to budgetGood report writing skills; Why join us?
