Corporate trust supports clients locally and overseas with a unique offering through five key service offerings: Debt Market Services; Managed Fund Services; Perpetual Asia, headquartered in Singapore; Perpetual Digital, which provides data services and software-as-a-service products; and Laminar Capital, which provides fixed income dealing, treasury and advisory services to government organisations, superannuation funds, local councils, ADIs, not-for-profits, wealth managers and sophisticated investors.We are currently looking for a Junior Securitisation Analyst to join our Debt Market Services Team on a permanent basis.
This is a great opportunity for an individual with experience within financial services with an interest in Securitisation to join the team.
As a Junior Securitisation Trust Analyst, your role involves supporting the Trust Management team in providing precise, timely, and efficient services to the Australian Securitisation market.
Your responsibilities include ensuring the team fulfils its contractual commitments and maintains a consistently high level of service.
Additionally, you actively engage in team projects, offer technical support, and identify process improvements to help the team achieve its goals and objectives.About the roleAs a Junior Securitisation Trust Analyst at Perpetual Corporate Trust, you will:Manage an allocated portfolio of securitisation Trust Management clientsPrepare and delivery of monthly Trust Management investor reportsPrepare and execute daily / weekly settlement and funding requestsMonitor and review the daily operations of the Trust, ensuring all contractual obligations to transaction parties are metResponsible for the daily, weekly and monthly operations of the Trust Management function, including but not limited to:Preparing monthly trust manager calculations, reports, payment instructions and other notices for various transaction parties in accordance with the trust documentsPreparing and maintaining bank account and Trust reconciliationsPreparing reviewing and executing settlement requests and payment instructions to facilitate intra-period fundingMonitoring and maintaining Trust covenants and or trigger events / portfolio parametersResponding and manage client and investor queries in an accurate and timely mannerActively manage aged debtors and accruals.About youYou are a proactive and process-oriented individual who operates with strong attention to detail, is an excellent multitasker and has a knack for communicating and collaborating with stakeholders across the business.
