**About the Role**

Supporting the Senior Student Experience Advisor. This is a part time and an entry-level role if you are looking to develop your career in a closely-knit education environment.

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide advice and information support to lecturers and students on a day-to-day basis.

**About you**:
You are passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience and willing to learn as you go. You will have great attention to detail, well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to liaise with other teams to achieve results.

You have the ability to manage your own time effectively to complete deadlines and multi-task through the priorities of the day.

**Role responsibilities**:

- Attend to front-desk duties on campus
- Investigate student complaints, appeal requests, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- General office and classroom administration duties

**Experience**:

- One (1) or more years of experience in a relevant industry and/or have equivalent qualifications and/or professional experience
- Demonstrable organisational and planning skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise to ensure successful completion of all responsibilities and tasks
- Understanding of academic services, having worked in an education environment preferred, but not mandatory
- Demonstrated experience working with Student or Learning Management systems desirable, but not mandatory

**Skills**:

- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent numeracy, oral and written communication skills
- Proactive work habits with a demonstrated eye for detail
- IT literacy particularly the Microsoft Office environment

**People skills**
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively them at an operational level.
- Understanding of academic services, having worked in an education environment.
