About the opportunity
The Cloud Development Manager is responsible to develop the cloud infrastructure and service as well as the development strategy to ensure a robust service offering that is easy to scale, while enhancing, integrating and creating new functionalities in different markets.

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Support, maintain and the development of robust and integratable API's.
- Manage the technical road map for the operating model.
- Responsible for the security roadmap to ensure protection in the cloud solution such as IAM.
- Ensure our Cloud product offering is flexible, collaborative with other parties, scalable and there is tight architecture management.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to product management in order to manage setup and infrastructure costs, worldwide accessibility, scalability, industry leading service level agreements for uptime and performance, automatic/frequent updates and highest levels of security.
- Develop ideas, analysis and provide input into software engineering solutions to support project decisions and deliverables.

Facilitate meetings and workshops with customers and technical stakeholders to capture business requirements and desired process outcomes.
- Review functional specifications and design documents to ensure satisfaction of requirements through traceability.
- Operate in a highly Agile environment.

About you
You will be an exceptional communicator with outstanding organization, presentation, and written skills to be able to the communicate the vision to our leadership team which managing the implementation process internally. You will demonstrate the ability to think critically pragmatically to achieve results.

**It is expected that you will be experience will include**:

- A minimum of 5 years' experience in multi-tenancy cloud architecture (AWS preferable), simple access, web-based interfaces, accelerate feature delivery strategies, open integration protocols, API's and SDK's,
- Experience in scaling teams and defining growth strategies,
- Experience working with Katalon, AWS, Azure DevOps, JAMA, Jira, Visual Studio (enterprise and code), Figma, Zeplin, SQL data base, C#,.NET, JavaScript, Angular, Typescript, Python, Browerstack, Babel, and experience with containerised software development using Docker or Kubernets.
- Employ telemetry and sampling of key systems metrics (CloudWatch, Aurora Performance Insights and New Relic) to monitor system operational system.
- Experience working in Agile delivery.
