Enjoy flexible hours, award pay rates, and the opportunity to build a rewarding, purpose-driven career.Each service is tailored to meet clients unique needs and personal goals.Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities May Include:Personal Care: Bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene supportDomestic Support: Cleaning, laundry, meal prep, maintaining a safe homeSocial & Community Engagement: Outings, appointments, and connectionLife Skills & Independence: Supporting with shopping, cookingMedication & Transport Assistance: Where suitably qualifiedRespite & Mental Health Support: Temporary care and behavioural assistanceWhat We're Looking ForQLD C/CA Driver's Licence + reliable vehicleCompassionate and client-centred approachStrong communication and resilience in varied situationsCertificate III (or higher) in Individual Support or equivalent12+ months of industry experienceExperience in personal care, manual handling, and behavioural supportIf you are passionate about supporting individuals in their daily lives and meet the availability requirements, we would love to hear from you
