This role combines delivering exceptional customer service with maintaining world-class visual presentation.
You will help uphold the high service standards of our luxury boutique environment and be encouraged to .
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales performance to meet targets and KPIsBuild and maintain client relationships using Clienteling and CRM toolsLead visual merchandising efforts, coordinating with supply chain, merchandising, and VM teamsManage product launches, stock movements, and display planningMentor and coach team members on visual merchandising standardsParticipate in boutique meetings, sharing updates and ideasModel brand values and foster a positive working environmentAssist with product and inventory management following boutique complianceWhy Join Us?
