**Mechanical Fitter**
**Onsite Based**
Our client is located in Thomastown; however, they are looking for a mechanical fitter based onsite in the northern and western suburbs. They are an industry leader in electrical, automation and mechanical services. They are looking for a qualified Mechanical Fitter to increase their workforce for day and afternoon shift positions.
**This position is offered at a Contract Hourly Rate of $50.00 Per Hour for the day shift, $57.50 per Hour for the afternoon shift plus Super and overtime + $27 Per Day Travel Allowance.**
To be successful, you must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Service, repair, and maintain various equipment, including but not limited to automated machinery, conveyors and more.
- Set out and interpret workshop/engineering drawings
- Have the ability to prioritise work tasks
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
- Hold a mechanical aptitude
