Overview General Practitioner - Salary or Contractor Available at Your Community Health (YourCH).
We are seeking an enthusiastic General Practitioner to join the Medical Services team on a full-time or part-time basis.
You may work within and/or alongside one or more of our General Practice and Specialist Clinics, aligned with your areas of interest.Introduction: At YourCH, we provide medical, dental, allied health, social support, Aboriginal Health, and Trans and Gender Diverse healthcare.
Our purpose-driven approach focuses on community development and addressing health inequalities.Responsibilities Provide high quality, appropriate primary care services including management of acute illnessWork with the community to increase their capacity to make choices to enhance their health and well-beingRefer patients to other providers within YourCH and external servicesAdvise and respond to medical/health problems of patients, including history taking, diagnosis, investigation, and treatmentRole Details Reporting to the Acting Medical Services ManagerFull-time and part-time options availableQualifications Current AHPRA registrationFellowship with RACGP or equivalentExperience with primary care and/or sexual health medical servicesSensitivity to the needs of marginalised people and their ability to access servicesSpecialist Areas and Clinics General PracticeLymphoedema clinicPharmacotherapy clinicRefugee Health clinicSpecialist Paediatric Development and Behavioural clinicTrans and Gender Diverse Health clinic (gender-affirming care)Vitamin D clinicCulture & Benefits True flexibility in a supportive environment to balance personal and professional responsibilitiesOpportunities for development and training to grow your skills and careerAccess to internal inclusion networks (e.g., LGBTIQA+ Rainbow Pride Network)Salary packaging options under not-for-profit arrangementsEnvironmentally conscious employer, part of the Global Green and Healthy Hospitals networkHow to Apply Submit your application today.
