**_All about your role:_**

Cater Care Services is seeking dynamic and experienced hospitality supervisors to join in our remote operations team in QLD

**What this role involves**:

- Responsible for the supervision and maintenance of housekeeping services in accordance with site requirements and company standard
- To ensure cleaning duties such as (but not limited to) polishing, mopping, sweeping, dusting, window cleaning, vacuuming, sanitizing, disinfecting are carried out where required.
- Operating cleaning equipment such as carpet shampooers, sweeping machines, steam cleaning, pressure washing equipment, vacuum cleaners, polishing machines.
- Staff Supervision
- Report and record any maintenance issues found in any room during the cleaning inspection. This will also include the identification of any missing inventory items, and reporting them to your Manager
- Proactively participate in all Cater Care SH&E procedures
- Report all Incidents/Hazards
- Stock and maintain any housekeeping supply rooms

- Strong communication skills
- Strong Customer service skills
- Teamwork
- Working knowledge of the correct use of cleaning chemicals
- Working knowledge of the safe and correct operation of cleaning equipment
- Commitment to Cater Care's Quality and Safety Management system
- Preferably experienced in a similar role.
