Café Supervisor

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Café Supervisor to join our team at the Bulli Beach Cafe. As a Café Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment. **Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily café operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Train, mentor, and motivate café staff to deliver outstanding customer service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for customers
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new strategies to drive sales and improve customer experience
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, provide feedback, and address any concerns
- Demonstrate expertise in operating and maintaining coffee machines, ensuring the highest quality coffee is served to our customers

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a café or similar hospitality environment
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining coffee machines to deliver high-quality coffee
