This is a growth-focused role with opportunities to expand your leadership and technical capabilities.What You'll DoLead the development and maintenance of mobile test automation frameworksCollaborate across DevOps teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelinesAnalyse solution designs and documentation to create robust test casesConduct API and UI testing using tools like WebdriverIO, Postman, and Ready APIGuide and mentor QA team members to deliver quality outcomesReport on test progress and outcomes using Azure DevOpsSupport manual testing and regression builds as neededWhat You'll Bring7+ years' experience in mobile Quality Assurance and test automation (WebdriverIO, Postman, Ready API)Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLCProficiency in SQL and API testingCollaborative mindset with excellent communication skillsExperience in insurance domain and CRM/UI testing is a plusAbility to troubleshoot and identify bugs across tech platformsWhat You'll EnjoyAccess our award-winning Shine platform – your central hub for exclusive perks, wellbeing support, career development, and recognition.
