**To be considered for a Wait position you will have**:

- Ability to work in a high-pressured environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience working in a similar fine dining and/or function centers
- Knowledge of silver service
- Have strong communication and customer service skills.
- Be passionate about customer service
- Always a keen team player wanting to deliver
- Excellent communication skills as you will interact with our Guests of Honour and their family and friends frequently
- RSA Qualification essential
- RP Qualification favourable
- Certificate III in Hospitality desirable but not essential
