State Manager

Due to an internal promtion, Endress+Hauser Australia have an exciting opportunity available for a State Manager for our NSW team.
As State Manager, you will ultimately be responsible for driving, motivating and developing the team to achieve targets and plans for the State.
**Role + Responsibilities**
- Entire responsibility for the state, including sales, targets, GP, margins, budgets and expenditure
- Growing the state business in a professional and sustainable manner
- Developing and implementing state business plans that are closely aligned with the Australian business
- Leading team to ensure that KPIs and targets are being met
- Provide leadership, coaching and training to employees on an ongoing basis
- Maintaining state customer CRM on an ongoing basis, ensuring it is kept up to date and accurate at all times
- Manage some of the Strategic accounts in the state as required, acting in a sales and relationship development capacity
- Strong understanding of market and territory Identify new opportunities - projects and customers
**Qualification + Profile**
- Previous State Management experience or experience in a similar or like role would be ideal
- Proven leadership skills and/or experience
- A successful track record of achieving and exceeding team targets
- Experience within instrumentation, process control or automation would be highly regarded
- Understands profitability, GP and able to make commercial decisions
- Good understanding of local market and able to differentiate good projects and spot opportunities
- High level of organisational skills
- Strong customer focus
- Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship development skills CRM experience would be highly regarded
