- Gather user research insights, analyze data, and collaborate with Commonwealth agencies to inform government's digital direction.
- Create well-founded, innovative written advice considering policy, research, stakeholder/user needs, and organizational priorities.
- Assist in crafting performance reporting and evaluation frameworks.
- Collaborate across teams, branches, and external entities for solutions and outcomes.
- Lead or support multidisciplinary teams for government digital service development.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Strong strategic design and analysis background.
- Advanced consultation and engagement skills and ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, to develop an understanding of their perspectives, supporting their journey for successful digital transformation and prioritisation.
- Ability to prepare robust, proactive and innovative written advice and documentation based on an understanding of the strategic and policy environment and related issues, evidence from research, stakeholder and user needs and organisational priorities.
