**Job Description**:
**Our Family**:

- We are a family of four, my 8 year old daughter and 12 year old son, my husband and me. We are quite a calm household, but enjoy having a laugh. We often have one of us working from home, whilst the other is in the office or travelling (or occasionally we are both in the office). Our son loves Harry Potter and my daughter loves anything creative (drawing and fashion related).

**Your Duties**:

- Duties will be Monday-Friday mornings 6.20am-8.50am, during school term (school holidays are time off). Getting the kids ready in the morning, encouraging them to make their breakfast, pack their own lunchbox and get ready for school (brush teeth etc). The kids often get time blindness, so it's a case of ensuring they make it out the door in time Very light housework - assisting with putting dishes away (although prefer the kids to be doing it) and then just wiping up crumbs from the table from breakfast. School drop off is a 5min walk.

**Our Perfect Caregiver**:

- We are keen to have someone who is punctual and reliable. We had a nanny for 3 years who worked really well and after she moved location a month ago, we haven't found the right person. Wanting someone who is keen to progress independence skills in the kids. It'd be great to have someone who has experience and/or willingness to learn to support a child who has a disability, specifically intellectual disability and/or vision impairment. Need someone who is calm and able to negotiate to keep kids on track in the morning. Both kids work really well with being given a list of items so they know what is next to do. Our daughter is a visual learner, our son an audio learner. Would prefer the nanny to have an ABN. Can start asap.
