**Job description**

Scent Australia is an industry leader in fragrance diffusion (air scenting) services to an array of clientele, within both Australian and international locations. We are currently looking for a new Field Service backup technician to service our Sydney clients.
- Great Customer Service, including excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.
- Willingness to travel to service locations as most of the time is on the road around the Sydney metro area
- Ability to use a power drill and able to fix shelving to a wall (screws, plugs, drilling etc)
- Experience working with the public, ideally but not essentially in field service.
- Full Driver's License and Police Clearance (mandatory).
- Providing exemplary service to both current and prospective customers.
- Installations, servicing and maintenance of fragrance units at customer sites.
- Conducting all duties in a safe and efficient manner at all times
- We already have a full time person in this role but they are struggling to keep up.Therefore this role will be sharing that workload and the additional time capacity will be used to deliver pamphlets to prospective customers and arrange a scent trial for them if they are interested. If you are successful in making referrals to our sales team, you will receive generous sales commission on top of the pay. This could amount to an extra $20,000 per annum quite easily.
