You will be working in a fast paced environment along side a supportive and encouraging team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual, a chance to be involved with one of Melbourne's most committed and reputable restaurants.
- Be able to work well in a team as well as autonomously
- Have a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Be comfortable will selling of the menu
- Be a peoples person and love the hospitality industry
- Have general knowledge about wines, spirits, liquor & cocktails
- Available to start immediately

Duties & Responsibilities within the role:

- Setting up for service/closing after service
- Mix, serve & sell beverages/food
- Providing professional table service
- Serve alcohol in accordance to current liquor license

Have a Responsible Serving of Alcohol Certificate

Must be available weekends and evenings

Be an Australian Citizen or have a working VISA

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (preferred)
