ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our Valued Client, currently working on the Molonglo River Bridge Crossing project, offers civil and industrial construction services for major infrastructure projects throughout Australia. Expertise, experience and resources are applied across transport, water, rail, port, resources and energy projects as a sole principal contractor, managing contractor or in joint venture with other major contractor and design partners.

ABOUT THE ROLE/s
- Labourers with less than 6mths civil construction experience from $36.14 p/hr.
- Labourers with less than 12mths civil construction experience from $38.55 p/hr.
- Labourers with more than 12mths civil construction experience from $43.36 p/hr.
- Mobile Plant Operators with more than 12mths civil construction experience from $45.48 p/hr.
- Approx. 8-10hrs per shift starting from 6.30am.
- Approx. 5-6 shifts per week starting from Monday.

ABOUT YOU

- White card, silica and asbestos awareness qualification is essential.
- The ability to relocate either temporarily or permanently to the ACT region for the duration of the project (approx. 2-3 years).
- Ability to complete a pre-employment drug test.
- Trade/Technical qualifications in road and bridge construction are highly desirable, but not always essential.

Some technical skills you will have though at a minimum;
- Works under general supervision either individually or in a team environment.
- Exercises discretion within their level of skills and training.
- Works in a safe manner.
- Identifies basic faults in materials and equipment.
- Interacts harmoniously with employees of other companies on-site.
- Adapts to a changing work environment.
- Communicates essential information.
- Works from instructions and procedures articulated in written, spoken and/or diagrammatic form.
