**Sales Associate, Expressions of Interest - Cartier, Sydney**

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

With your exceptional ability to develop and drive client relationships, you will be instrumental in:

- Providing unique and exceptional client experiences
- Cultivating strong client relationships and client loyalty
- Personally contributing to sales results along with stock & compliance accuracy
- Participating in client events and acting as an Ambassador of the Maison
- Supporting in the set up and closing of the boutique.
- Assisting with special projects when requested, a liaising with other company stakeholders

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**

- +3 years previous experience in retail, hospitality or service led roles
- A strong understanding of Luxury Standards
- A service and client focused approach
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative team spirit.
- Exceptional organization skills, communication skills and detail orientation
- Ability to multi-task and have the passion to help others
- Excellent time management skills and an ability to quickly adapt to a fast pace environment

**YOUR JOURNEY WITH US**:

- After being shortlisted, you will receive a call from our Talent Acquisition Partner to discuss the business and for us to get to know you a little more

- After this we will keep in contact with you for suitable openings
- Once a role becomes available you will be invited to attend an interview with our Boutique Team to assess your fit for the role. In return, we will also share insights on our team dynamics and our company culture.
- Finally, you will then have the opportunity to meet our HRBP who can share our overall vision and plans for the future.
